Yorkshire Pudding

7/8 Cup of Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
Pinch of Salt

Pre-heat oven to 400 Degrees Farenheit.

Blend ingredients together until smooth. Spray cooking spray on muffin tray. Place a teaspoon of oil into each section of muffin tray. (Be careful not to put too much because if it spills over a grease fire could start.) Heat oil for 2 minutes. Fill muffin tray so that each section is approximately 1/2 full of batter. Place in oven for 20 min.

Tip: make sure you use the metal muffin trays because the laytex ones don't let it rise properly.

Traditionally we enjoy this delicacy with roast beef and mashed potatoes. A great Sunday dinner.
