1 Package of Oreo Cookie
1 Package of Cream Cheese
Chocolate for Melting
(I used Chocolate Chips and it took about 2 cups)
Optional Toppings: Crushed up Candy Canes, Skor Bits, Carmel, Flavored Chocolate
Place Oreo Cookies in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin. Mix Cream Cheese and cookie crumbs in a food processor until mixed evenly. Place spoonfuls of mixture on cookie sheet and place in freezer. Remove from freezer when consistency is firm enough to roll spoonfuls into balls. Place in freezer to harden. Melt chocolate, place 1 cup of chocolate chips in microwave for two minutes then stir chocolate until all is melted. Once firm enough roll balls in melted chocolate, put on cookie sheet, add desired toppings and place in freezer. Keep cold until ready to serve.
They taste amazing! I got the recipe from my roommates mom. Hers are better than mine but mine still tasted pretty good too.
